Withdrawal request
You can make a withdrawal request of your funds from the Withdrawal tab in the account DETAILS/MENU. Withdrawal requests are processed by Rebels Gaming within a maximum time of 24 hours. Withdrawals are mainly processed and credited with the same method used for deposits. If this is not possible, you can request a withdrawal by bank transfer.
Withdrawal refused or not possible
A withdrawal request may be refused if a review of the customer's documents is in progress which may be due to the non-validation of the account, a security review or a request to update any expired identity documents. With active rollover bonuses, withdrawals are not possible and can be refused if necessary.
Transit time
Transit time depend on the selected withdrawal method and vary on average from 1 to 5 working days. If the credit of a withdrawal is missing, please send an account statement or transaction list (in PDF format) updated to 3 full working days following the processing date for credit cards or 5 full working days following the processing date for bank transfers.
Can I request that a withdrawal be credited to someone else's bank account/e-wallet?
No, withdrawals must only be requested using payment methods in the name of the account holder.
However sometimes, in case you want to withdraw to a bank account in the name of a third party, you will need to provide us with the documents of the account holder: ID card/Passport, a proof of recent residence and the last quarterly statement relating to the current account to which you want to withdraw.
Can I cancel my withdrawal request?
Yes, you can cancel your withdrawal request before it has been processed by Betrebels.com by clicking on the yellow Cancel button on the right of your withdrawal request in the Payment List history tab of the account menu. Once the withdrawal request has been processed, it will no longer be possible to revoke it.
Is it possible to remove a credit card registered as a withdrawal method? (theft, loss, etc.)
Yes, it is possible to remove a credit card registered on the site by communicating the request to cs@betrebels.com. After receiving confirmation of the cancellation of the card it is advisable to wait 12 to 36 hours for the data to be updated.
Note: We may request additional account related documents (SOW/SOF/SEURITY REVIEW) even before processing a withdrawal request, therefore we recommend that you always have this information available and at hand.
